As such, if the parties are able to provide us with acceptable prior search work from a prior transaction on the same property, we may be able to update it, eliminate duplicative work, and pass those savings on to you. Purchasers, in particular, may find it advisable to ask the seller if it has prior search work on the subject property. If the prior search work is found acceptable by Prime X, the fee charged for the updated search will be the reduced amount specified.
